Beetroot Crackers

This Beetroot Crackers recipe is all thanks to one of my school friend Aditi Pratap Sharma. Well the original recipe was on garlic bread and had mayonnaise , which I customized as per my healthy platter and it tasted awesome. The crunch of crackers and nutrition of beetroot , you can't ask for more in Beetroot Crackers.

You can use toasted garlic bread too and enjoy these super easy and quick fix starters called Beetroot Crackers.Infact I mostly serve them at tea time as they are so easy and quick, also these Beetroot Crackers are so color attractive that they are self tempting. My guests only asked for more and when serving to kids add more cream cheese to give that extra smoothness to the salad in Beetroot Crackers.
