Muskmelon Kheer

I agree it might sound little unusual , I mean  Muskmelon Kheer was new to me as well and I had never thought of it earlier. But then on of the weekends when I was looking for some new recipes and I saw one muskmelon hanging out in the refrigerator with some other fruits , it stuck me to try Muskmelon Kheer.

At first what sounded little weird turned out to be something I can brag about. Yes Muskmelon Kheer is one such interesting recipe of mine. I had initially thought of mixing it inside the kheer but then layering looked better and I thought of adding more visual appetite by layering it that ways. So you can be rest assured of this trail and success recipe and must try it out next time you see muskmelon around.
