Oats and Jaggery ModakOats and Jaggery Modak is must have this Ganpati season and its so easy that you simple can't go wrong. Being oats I was little skeptical initially but the then the outcome just surprised me. So here is how it started, I was contemplating about making these modak when I thought of experimenting a bit around  Oats and Jaggery Modak. I saw my dry fruit jar and that's where it all started coming together. Infact this recipe of Oats and Jaggery Modak has not sugar since we used jaggery and raisins however you can increase the amount of raisins and use less jaggery too. Completely as per your taste. Adding cardamom powder helps to camouflage  the earthy taste of oats and these Oats and Jaggery Modak , full of nutrition are good to go with breakfast , lunch or dinner along with prasad for our dear god Ganpati.

As for me these got finished before I started this blog and to my surprise my son , who generally is picky with sweets hugged me for making his favorite Oats and Jaggery Modak. So its time for you to get to the recipe and these would just take 10 mins before you can taste them in real.
