But this recipe of Pav Bhaaji Canapes is inspired by that of Chef Raveer Brar's recipe and trust me for the taste. The sauce works wonders and when I served it to my guests they just loved it.

Beauty of the recipe of Pav Bhaaji Canapes is that its very simple with superb taste and doesn't need and on-time cooking.This can be prepared before hand for house parties and served later. Also this amazing Pav Bhaaji Canapes sauce can be used in sandwiches too and with added vegetable flavour kids would just love it.

Ingredients
  1. Canapes: 10
  2. Cooked Pav bhaji : 4 tbsp
  3. Cream cheese: 1 tbsp
  4. Mozzarella cheese: 1 tbsp
  5. Milk: 1 cup
  6. Red pepper: 1/2 tsp
  7. Tomato ketchup: 1 tbsp
  8. Oregano: 1 tsp
Instructions
  1. Mix cream cheese with milk in a bowl and put it on a pan and cook to make a nice smooth creamy sauce.
  2. Add grated cheese too and give a good mix.
  3. Mince pav bhaji till its granular and then mix it in cheese sauce.
  4. Add ketchup and pepper and oregano and let it boil.
  5. Now cook it till it becomes a mixture good enough for canapés.
  6. Serve with in canapés with a drop of ketchup and coriander leaves
