Poha SandwichNow who would have thought about Poha Sandwich. Well trust me this is one of the most tasty leftover sandwich and now I make sure to keep some intentionally from breakfast for some mid morning snacks and now this has become family favorite too. Infact before I tried this , I had never realized that poha sandwich can be so tasty. So even if you want to make poha only because you want to prepare poha sandwich, I won't be surprised.

Though cheese is optional but otherwise the melted cheese combined with poha gives an amazing taste to poha sandwich. Also layering it with hummus and chutney adds nice flavors to the poha sandwich and you can choose your own layering dips and that would just make your poha sandwich more interesting.

So here is another trick to make your poha sandwich better , add some clarified butter or ghee while you make poha and trust me this just enhances the taste. Also while you grill the poha sandwich make sure its grilled enough for the cheese to melt inside so it mixes well with the cooked poha.
