Schezewan soya rollsSchezuan Soya Rolls will just make you school/office tiffin rock. Trust me it is that amazing, fulfilling and loaded with goodness of nutrition which you family needs. So the story behind these Schezuan Soya Rolls is that my son is just not fond of soya but like any other mom who knows that how important protein is for growing kids , I am always more than keen to make his eat soya. My monthly grocery never missed Soya packs and offcourse that leads to in thinking how to camouflage soya and make his eat. I have tried it in different ways and then this Schezuan Soya Rolls happened. Now this Schezuan Soya Rolls is multifaceted as you can used the filling of  parathas, sandwiches, fried rice and so much more. However lets stick to our Schezuan Soya Rolls for now on.

These Schezuan Soya Rolls can be made with Parathas and Tortillas too but I find home made rotis or chapatis easier so have used multigrain flour to make these delicious Schezuan Soya Rolls. Also have added some carrots and boiled noodles to give interesting colours and texture to the roll. You can skip if you want but I would suggest to use it for it makes the Schezuan Soya Rolls more attractive for the kids. So here is the recipe for Schezuan Soya Rolls and hope you enjoy making it.

Ingredients
  1. Chapati: 2
  2. Soya Granules: 4 tbsp (soaked in warm water)
  3. Onions: 2 tbsp chopped
  4. French Beans :2 tbsp chopped
  5. Carrot: 4 tbsp finely grated and blanced
  6. Schezuan Sauce: 2 tbsp
  7. Black pepper: 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt: as per taste
  9. Garlic: 1 tbsp chopped
  10. Noodles : 1/2 cup boiled
  11. Oil: 1 tbsp
Instructions
  1. Soak and wash soya granules couple of times and squeeze it and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil and saute onions and garlic and then add french beans and cook on high flame for two minutes.
  3. Add black pepper, salt and schezuan sauce and cook this for a min on medium flame.
  4. Now add the soya granules and again cook till soya soakes all the sauce.
  5. Next take a chapati and spread some noodles, blanced carrots and the soya mixture.
  6. Make a tight roll and cut on half and serve it hot choiced dip.
